The Grooming Nurse, Lucy is superb. Our puppy was a bouncing ball of fluff with a huge aversion to grooming, to the point where he'd try and bite the scissors or any other grooming item. Lucy did an intro session to get him used to the process. She advised on how to calm him, amongst many other hints and tips to keep him happy and healthy. He had his third session yesterday and looks absolutely incredible and he loved the whole experience. He emerged a proud handsome, beautifully groomed shih tzu. No longer looking like a giant pompom! If you're looking for the ideal groomer, I can't recommend Lucy, The Grooming Nurse, highly enough.
