Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning
BRINGING YOU THAT NEXT LEVEL OF SERVICE
Having monitored many dental anaesthetics as a veterinary nurse, I am aware of the risk and cost of putting your pet under a general anaesthetic. Taking care of your pets oral hygiene is so incredibly important and many people don’t know how much can be done to prevent your pet from having to ‘go under’. This revolutionary equipment has already prevented many of my clients not needing to visit the vets. Some were not fit for anaesthetic, this way we have greatly improved their oral hygiene in a safe and effective way.

How to get started?
A dental assessment needs to be carried out in the first instance. This is to make sure your pet doesn’t have any dental disease, caries, loose or fractured teeth, or severe tartar buildup. This would require veterinary intervention and referral back to your regular veterinary practice. If however, your pet doesn’t have any of the above or your vet has written to me directly, we can test your pet out with the toothbrush.
The first session is either 30 or 60 minutes depending on the level of tartar buildup.
The sessions after that are dependant on how much tartar and plaque has come off in our first session, results vary with every dog. These are 30 minute sessions every 4 to 8 weeks.
The cost:
£20 for the Dental Assessment
£40 to £80 for each session
